I first came upon The Frugal Book
Promoter when it was published. It’s been a wealth of wonderful marketing knowledge for this marketing handicapped author.
The tips and advice, too many to name in a short space, are easy to follow and accomplish without breaking anyone’s
bank account. I highly recommend this book to anyone needing marketing advice
for any kind of book promoting!

Conduct Unbecoming By Nina M. Osier
Captain Rik Boehmer is a beloved Human friend to Thanta, Anja, and Thimor.
The three fellow officers from the Protectorate are devastated by Rik’s unexplained death when his body is returned
to them from the H’cpt – a new species the Protectorate wishes to include in their amalgamation.
At a viewing of farewell for Rik, Anja experiences something she is not comfortable
with or all too familiar. Telepathy is a gift of her species she learned not to practice from a young age. But now, strangely,
the ability grows too strong to ignore. Moments later, Thanta also realizes something is amiss. Rik is conscious and very
much alive to learn that his wife traveled from the Human inhabited Luna to Terra, future Earth, to disrespect him and punish
him with the birth of their child – a child Salla considers a monster.
Rik is caught up in an emotional web, including side effects of his mysterious
death, and his desire to do what is best for his wife and children, knowing their life on Luna offers them so little. He soon
discovers some on Luna plan to regain control of Terra by murdering "mutants", people of varying species, like Thanta, Anja,
and Thimor, who Rik has come to love and respect. When he learns of the creator and leader of the attack against Terra, things
only worsen.
With CONDUCT UNBECOMING, Ms. Osier has brought to life people of a future
universe, their relationships with each other are formed naturally and deeply in a time when tolerance and acceptance are
an even larger challenge than they are in our current here and now. How Ms. Osier, through her characters, handles it all
is both entertaining and gratifying. A tale not to be missed!

ROUGH RIDER by Nina M. Osier Captain Kirk
Rogers and his Lieutenant, Joy Grant, were in charge of the starship Rough Rider when they discovered an amazing world full
of intelligent life nineteen years earlier. Something happened then, something that robbed Rough Rider of
its captain, and Lieutenant Grant of her lover and unborn child's father. No explanation was ever found and friendly relations
remained between the discovered species and its newfound friends even after acting Captain Joy Grant regretfully turned
Rough Rider toward home. Now, Captain Joy Grant of the Starship Saint Petersburg has returned to investigate a strange
silence encompassing this same world, now home to humans and a new generation, and in doing so, hopes to find answers
for the loss that has haunted her for nearly two decades. Ms. Osier has created a work of art with ROUGH
RIDER that does much more than tell a tale of space travel. Employing her smooth writing style, she has delved into
the very basics of what makes us all human and has expertly crafted a believable species that has morals and powers not
beyond our perceptions. Misunderstandings and lack of communication cause rifts in the lives of Rough Rider's
crew and the population of the newfound planet that will leave the heart of any reader aching and sympathizing until
the finale. To not read this book and experience the journey through the characters' lives would be a great
loss, not only for strict science-fiction lovers, but also for readers who long for an emotional voyage sure to leave
anyone feeling a sense of complete satisfaction when the last page is turned. Reviewed by: T.C. McMullen, author of Whispers of Insanity and Gone Before Dawn (http://tc_mcmullen.tripod.com).

Black Rosebud: Have No Mercy II
Bobby and Kam Ruble
Global Authors Publications
ISBN: 0-9728513-1-3
Her name is Farm Girl and she's no typical child. Raised by a mama intent on
protecting her from the world, Farm Girl only knows and believes what Mama allows. It's hard to imagine anyone in today's
world being so naïve and protected, but the writing within these pages will make anyone believe and fall in love with the
characters through their struggles and pain. Unbeknownst to both Mama and Farm
Girl, they become swept up in a world of deceit where innocence can be deadly.
From the very beginning, Black Rosebud introduces memorable characters who will
leave an impression forever in the hearts of readers. Bobby and Kam Ruble expertly intertwine each character to create a tale
that keeps readers guessing and wondering until the end.
I found humor sprinkled among the pages as well as passages powerful enough to
pull tears to the surface. Even after the final page is turned, lasting thoughts of this tale will fill your mind and maybe
even make you wonder a little about your own life.

Devil Glass
C. Robert Cales
AmErica House
ISBN 1-58851-243-6
C. Robert Cales creates a tale
in Devil Glass that will have readers hanging on for a ride into the unknown. His descriptions open up a world of colorful characters and horrors we can only hope
we never have to face.
Joyce Robbins has a wonderful
life marred by memories of a lost love. It's when she is called out to assess
a mysterious object in a junkman's garage that her life takes a skew into the pit of terror.
Missing people, shredded plastic, and frayed power cords all surround the monstrosity
that appears to be a large crystal framed in petrified wood. But is it?
In her quest to discover what
the artifact is, Joyce learns some things are better left buried and forgotten. Yet
the very thing that terrifies her may help her find what she has been longing for the most--love.
Although I usually favor titles
with lightning fast action, I enjoyed the building mysteries weaved through Devil Glass.
For those who like to curl up with a book in the deep black of night and have their skin crawl at every tiny sound,
this is the book for you.
